We do not offer refunds or returns! If your item arrives damaged you must contact us at info@aubreycharms.com with your name, order number, and photo/video proof of defective items within 24 hours of the delivery date in order for us to resolve the issue best way we can. Exchanges are offered! 

 If your items are returned due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for shipping cost! 

We are not responsible for any packages after shipping out your order! Please contact USPS for packages marked “delivered” but not received.
